Our Process
DISCOVERY
We start every project by getting to know you: how you live, what you love, and what actually matters to your family. We're talking about the details that make a difference — do you cook every night or just on weekends? Does anyone actually use that formal living room? This isn't small talk, it's the foundation for everything that comes next.
DESIGN CONCEPT
Once we know what we're working with, we'll pull together a full concept: floor plans that actually make sense, color palettes that feel like you, materials that'll hold up, and furniture options you'll actually want to live with. We'll also do a reality check on the budget, because surprises are only fun at birthday parties. You'll weigh in, we'll refine, and then we're off to the races.
DESIGN DETAIL
This is where everything gets locked in: final floor plans, every material, every piece of furniture, every finish down to the hardware. We're talking about a complete design package with construction drawings and specifications detailed enough that your contractor won't have to guess (and charge you for it). No more "we'll figure it out later." By the end of this phase, we know exactly what we're building.
IMPLEMENTATION
Once you sign off, we handle the logistics: ordering everything, coordinating vendors, tracking shipments, scheduling deliveries. If there's construction involved, we work directly with your contractor to keep everyone on schedule. We're on site regularly to make sure what's happening matches what's supposed to happen, because even the best plans need someone paying attention.
COMPLETION
Once construction wraps, we handle the final act: installing every piece of furniture, hanging the art, styling the shelves, fluffing the pillows. On installation day, you leave in the morning and come back to a completely finished space. No boxes to unpack, no "where should this go," just walk in and pour that celebratory drink.
