Our Process
We start every project by getting to know you: how you live, what you love, and what actually matters to your family. As part of our discovery and research phase, you'll complete a comprehensive design questionnaire and share inspiration images, while we consult with trades to understand what's possible for your project.
DISCOVERY
Once we know what we're working with and nail down the direction, we'll pull together a full design concept. You'll see potential floor plans, color palettes, materials, furnishings, and finishes. We'll also do a reality check on the budget to make sure we're staying on track. You'll weigh in, we'll refine, and then we're off to the races.

This is where your design really takes shape! We'll fine tune every detail and finalize selections for each piece of furniture, fixture, material, and finish — down to the cabinet knobs. In our Design Detail meeting, you'll review complete floor plans as well as images and material samples to convey the finished design. After a round of feedback and revisions, we'll be ready to tie a bow on your design.
design detail
As we move into executing the design, we'll handle the purchasing and logistics, including ordering all furnishings and fixtures, coordinating vendors, tracking shipments, and scheduling deliveries. If there's construction involved, we work directly with your contractor to ensure that the design is implemented as intended. We're on site regularly to collaborate with trades and answer any questions that may arise.
project administration
After construction wraps, we handle the final act, installing every piece of furniture, rolling out rugs, hanging the art, and styling the shelves. On installation day, you leave in the morning and come back to a completely finished space. No boxes to unpack, no heavy lifting — just walk in and pour that celebratory bubbly!
PROJECT completion
When everything has been approved, we'll compile a design package with comprehensive specifications and construction drawings for your GC (if applicable to your project). Our design documentation includes dimensioned and thoroughly notated floor plans, lighting and electrical plans, finish plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and any other relevant information needed to clearly convey our design to vendors and tradespeople.
