This is where everything gets locked in: final floor plans, every material, every piece of furniture, every finish down to the hardware. We'll deliver a complete design package with construction drawings and specifications detailed enough that your contractor won't have to guess (and charge you for it). By the end of this phase, we know exactly what we're building.

Once you sign off, we handle the logistics, including ordering everything, coordinating vendors, tracking shipments, and scheduling deliveries. If there's construction involved, we work directly with your contractor to keep everyone on schedule. We're on site regularly to make sure what's happening matches what's supposed to happen, because even the best laid plans need someone paying attention.

Once construction wraps, we handle the final act, installing every piece of furniture, hanging the art, styling the shelves, fluffing the pillows. On installation day, you leave in the morning and come back to a completely finished space. No boxes to unpack, no "where should this go," just walk in and pour that celebratory drink.
